1. Site Manager Roles

actions to be taken, directly from their computer and emails.
b. The
site manager should ask for random Staff reports, directly from his computer.
c. If
a staff is not at their position, then call the senior staff to take the report at the specific point. If the senior staff
fails to respond, the site manager should send the team leader to take Staff report to the point and send report the management.
d. If
the team leader fails penalties shall apply to the team leader and the case
shall be handled by the staff attendance management system..
e. The
site manager should make a report on the conduct of the team leaders, senior Employees, and Employees at the end of the day.
2. Site operations managers Roles
i.
The site operations managers shall
respond to issues recorded at the site directly from their online accounts.
ii.
Site manager should frequently check
reports on his online and email platforms from which he should give
instructions to the Employees, senior Employees and the team leader, by either
direct chat message, Email or Phone calls, depending on the level of urgency.
iii.
If issues are to be handled by the site
operations manager, the site manager should send them directly via email or
chat message.
iv.
If issues are to be handled by the HR,
the send the email to HR directly from the system.
v.
If issues are to be handled by the
company director, send the email directly them.
vi.
Download a monthly attendance timesheet and make
comments on the issues and then share to the right people in the company.
vii. Instruct
the Systems admin manager on the best way to handle task reports
