Role of Company directors in Staff Management systems

(i)                 Company director shall see everything happening using the staff attendance management application
(ii)               The director will also get all the information happening under level 1 issues, meaning that serious issues shall be directed to the email.
(iii)             The director shall also check the performance reports and make decisions that will enable the company reach the goals
(iv)             The company director will be able to send reports to the clients, showing how the Employees are working for the company.
(v)               The company director will be able to review the progress of all the departments and make decisions to improve performance and save costs in the company.

2. Role of   Human Resource managers in Using Staff management Systems
(i)                 The HR will get reports about employee issues happening at the site; directly on his/ her online profile.
(ii)               The HR should check the issues and send orders directly via email to the site operations managers, site managers and even the directors, since they can directly see the problem at hand.
(iii)             Issues covered here include;
a.        shift/team is working for a day
b.      Leaves
c.       sickness
d.      Absenteeism Employees.
e.       Disciplinary cases
f.       Employee Transfer cases.
(iv)              The HR manager applications should guide the company director on actions to take regarding the employees, based on the reports sent by the operations and system admin managers.
