i.
Employees should always be at their post
doing a Staff reports of the area assigned to them.
ii.
Employees should always report any issue
to the senior staff, and the report
recorded directly using the devices provided.
iii.
Each checkpoint,
which has a tag fixed, shall have to be visited and the events taking place at
that point recorded. Via photos and
voice. If nothing has been reported, an
automated notification is sent to the admin in the control room.
iv.
Normal
issues; after 4 hours showing that each staff is in their right position and all property are
in good condition.
v.
Checkpoints report:
(QR Codes) Staff report after 4 hours showing that the Employees are doing the
job
vi.
Special
cases (Level 2 issues): These issues should be reported any time,
and if they do not happen then it should be indicated on that day that nothing special was
reported.
vii.
Emergency
issues (level 1 issue): these should be reported by calling directly on the phone or
recording voice of the whole report.
viii.
Daily Staff management reports: Staff
reports cover all points set on the system,
and no point should be missed.
ix.
If a Staff report is missed the management
shall know and take action which includes
calling, GPS point check and if the staff is not doing their work, automatic
penalties on payment are applied.
