Roles of Attendance Systems Admin manager
ii. Attendance System admin should set Monthly goals on
expected efficiency, regarding the tasks completed.
iii.
The system admin shall receive all
reports and analyze them to have the following goals attained per report:
i)
All complains concerning theft illegal diggers and
other offenses must be attended to immediately by informing the security
manager, inspector and Team leader
ii) Give full
detail to them via direct messaging and notes. Copy the report to site manager.
iii) Give any
feedback to caller to act on to the right person, either by email, message or
calling.
iv) Make a full
report on the incident with photos, comments and the actions taken.
v) Obtain
feedback on incident and add as notes.
vi) After hours
record all hourly reports given by the post. Provide the member with a
reference number on report.
vii) Send
section leader to follow up on those not reporting.
viii)Report
access control situation at gates to the security manager when informed of
visitor, deliveries and transport trucks.
iv.
Each missed task report must be evaluated, and the people at the site be contacted for feedback.
v.
If Employees
do not file a report, the actions to be taken include chat messaging or
calling the team leader, senior Employees or site managers.
vi.
The reports about human resource must be compiled and sent to the HR at the right
period and at least every day.
i.
The report must contain the name, job
ID, photo of the employee’s badge and the issue to be reported. If an employee
is sick, or absent, the number of days have to be stated.
ii.
If the staff attendance management system report is missing for a whole
week, then call the site manager.
vii.
Level
1
issues shall be sent to site operations manager and copied to the director
viii.
Daily
site report shall be filled and sent to the company
director.
ix.
The weekly
report shall be filed and sent to the client.
x.
Payroll
reports shall be forwarded
to the accounts and HR.
xi.
A weekly report on level 1 and two issues shall be filed, analyzed and sent to the company director with
recommended actions.
The
monthly employee attendance reports on improvements made
shall be filed and sent to the company director, with copies to the other
relevant people
