Staff attendance reports guideline

i)        The Staff report will take place before starting of the new shift at 06:00 AM on a daily basis.
ii)      The Section Leader will inspect all members to ensure that they are fit for duty according to the Dress Code and take a parade photo before leaving to the posts.
iii)    All issues discussed must be noted  as voice and photos of the Employees
iv)    All members to sign in during the parade and to sign at the end of their shift.  
v)      The team leader must report the cases of absent, sick or employees who are on leave.
vi)    If anyone fails to clock in and out, the day is counted as absent.
i.                    The team leader should take 4 Staff reports every day, registering reports at all the posts.
ii.                  The team leader should also be checking the issues that come to their application account and respond to all issues sent from the head office.
iii.                Perform Staff report duties at the offices regularly and take event reports at each point.
iv.                  Make Staff reports around the buildings regularly and checked each building every time
v.                    Approached any person loiter around the offices and take their photo.
vi.                Staff management reports shall be based on work your route of Staff report 4 times a day.
vii.              Observe what is going on at the site and record the report through the available features;
a.       Voice record
b.      Typed details, which include employee ID, name and their roles.
c.       Photos of the employees management records, photos of the actual action among others.
